This is a log of my complete restoration and transformation of my tiny 1:180th scale HMS Victory. This model was originally built in 1978, and was my first attempt at working with wood. After all these years, I am re-visiting her in an effort to make numerous technical corrections in her structure and to incorporate as much detail in her features as possible.

Seen here, after removing all of the original rigging lines, you can see that the deck fittings were all but non-existent.
At the time, I was more interested in simply building something that kinda' looked like "a model ship" than any such fussing around with small details.
